Add a Payment Method

Written Walkthrough
In order to enable billing on your Google account, you must first add a payment method.
Go to your Google Account Dashboard here: https://myaccount.google.com/
Click on Payments & subscriptions in the left navigation menu.
Under Payment methods click on the Manage payment methods link.
Click on the Add a payment method button.
In the popup window, enter your credit card details and then click on Save.
Once the card is added, you can click on Done.
The screen will refresh, and your payment method will now appear.
