If your email is being hosted by REM Web Solutions, you must configure your email account properly in order to send and receive emails. This process needs to be completed in the programs and on the devices that you are using for your email communications.

From the home screen, swipe down from the top and tap Settings

Tap Accounts
Tap Add Account
Tap Email, Calendar, and Contacts
Type in your email address
Tap Advanced at the bottom of the screen

Tap either IMAP or POP depending on the type of account you want to create
Fill in the fields with your account settings (found in the Your Email Settings section above) and select your sync interval
Tap Done
