# Get Started –email contractors

 1. Log into **WebWiz@rd**
 2. Click on the **Digital Plans Room Modules** tab
 3. Click on the **Contractor Email Blaster** module
 4. This will then open the **Email Blaster Information** page
 5. You can add recipients, subject and email content for the email blast
 6. You can click the **ADD RECIPIENTS** button to open the **Contractor Groups** window where you can select the recipients for the email blast by checking the individual contractors or by clicking the box beside Rank at the top of the page to select all recipients showing.
 7. Click the CANCEL button to close the window or click the ADD THE SELECTED CONTRACTORS button to add the recipients to the email blast
 8. Click DISTRIBUTE EMAIL BLAST once you have added the recipients, subject and email content
 9. A confirmation screen will appear asking you **Are you sure you’re ready to send this Email Blast?**
10. Click on the **OK** button to continue or **CANCEL** to return
11. If you clicked **OK** a confirmation window will appear telling you the email blast has gone out.
