# Create a Google Cloud Project

# Written Walkthrough

To use many of Google’s services with your WebWiz@rd site, you’ll first need to create a Google Cloud Project. This project acts as a container for the various services (like Maps and reCAPTCHA) that your site will connect to.


1. Visit the Google Cloud Dashboard by following this link: <https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/dashboard>  
2. If this is your first time arriving on your dashboard, you will be presented with a welcome screen. Choose the appropriate country then check off the **I agree** checkbox beside the **Terms of Service.** When done, click on **Agree and continue.**  
3. Click on the **Create project** button at the top right of the screen.  
4. Enter **your company name** in the **Project name field** and then click **Create.**  
5. When finished, you will then be redirected to the APIs & Services dashboard. You are now ready to [enable billing on your account](https://support.remwebsolutions.com/doc/enable-google-account-billing-lu6rVhgmXO) and start adding services.
