Create an Account

The first step in using the Purolator shipping estimate service is registering for a developer account.

Account Setup

  1. Proceed to the following link.
    https://eship.purolator.com/Site/en/createnewuser.aspx

  2. Click the radio button that reads Developer under the Web services profile heading.

This instructs Purolator to create an account that will integrate with REM’s WebWiz@rd ecommerce shipping system.

  3. Under the Integration Information on the account creation form, be sure to choose Corporate when selecting the value under the drop down named How will you be integrating Purolator E-Ship Web Services?

  4. Select Service Availability and Estimates under Courier Web Services.

  5. After you have successfully submitted the registration form, you will receive an email that contains a link to validate your account and email address.

You will need to follow the link in the email to complete the registration. The web page will explain that logging in for the first time is now required. Please log in to continue.

This process will likely require you to log in twice.

Obtain a Production Key

Now we are ready to obtain a production key. You can proceed directly to the Ready for Production link after successfully logging into your Purolator account.

  • Once you have submitted your application for a Production Key, Purolator will contact you with the notification that the key has been setup.

In some cases, it may take a few business days for this to happen. To expedite the process, you may contact their development services team directly at the following email address.

Provide them with all of your company details and your new Purolator account numbers so that they can locate your application for approval: kbonci@purolator.com

  • Your Production Key consists of multiple values that will send to REM for use in WebWiz@rd.

    These include:

    • Production Key

    • Production Key Password

    • Courier or Freight Account number(s)
