Events


Get Started – ADD/CLONE/EDIT/DELETE/VIEW REGISTRANTS FOR THIS EVENT

ADD AN EVENT

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Events Modules tab

  3. On the left-hand side of the page under Related Actions click on Create an event

  4. Under the Basics tab, fill in all the information

  5. Move to the Locations tab and fill in the information at the bottom of the page

  6. Click on the REPOSITION MARKER FROM INFORMATION BELOW button and the marker will be positioned on the map (this must be done regardless of the position of the marker)

  7. When completed click the DONE/CANCEL MANUAL POSITIONING button

  8. If this is a Rural address you may need to manually reposition the marker by clicking on the MANUALLY REPOSITION MARKER button and then manually click on the map where the marker should go, and it will reposition the marker to that location on the map

  9. Move to the Categories, Series & Promotion Codes tab and if needed, you can add a Category, Series or Promotion Code by checking beside what you need to add (these would need to be added to the Manage Categories, Mange Series & Manage Promotion Codes prior to adding them to an event)

  10. Move to the Meals tab if you need to add meal options for your event

  11. Move to the Registration Choices tab and enter your registration choice, if you choose Users must register for this event, you will then need to fill in the rest of the options on the page

  12. Finally move to the Emailers tab and in each of the tabs Welcome Email, Reminder Email and Thank You Email, you will need to make the choice to enable them, and you will have to add a date for the reminder and thank you emails.

  13. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page

CLONE EVENT

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Events Modules tab

  3. Click on the Events tab

  4. Click on the Clone this content icon (the two pages) beside the event you want to clone

  5. You can then click on the Edit this content icon (the pencil) beside the newly created clone, to begin editing the cloned event

EDIT CONTENT ON A PAGE

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Events Modules tab

  3. Click on the Events tab

  4. Click on the Edit this content icon (the pencil) beside the event you want to edit

  5. Under the Basics tab, edit information if necessary

  6. Move to the Locations tab and edit information if necessary

  7. Click on the REPOSITION MARKER FROM INFORMATION BELOW button and the marker will be positioned on the map (this must be done regardless of the position of the marker)

  8. When completed click the DONE/CANCEL MANUAL POSITIONING button

  14. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page

DELETE EVENT

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Events Modules tab

  3. Click on the Events tab

  4. Click on the Delete this event icon (the x) beside the event you want to delete

  5. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the event

  6. If you are sure, click OK, and the event will be deleted

  7. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click Cancel, and you will return to the Events page

VIEW REGISTRANTS

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Events Modules tab

  3. Click on the Events tab

  4. You will see all the registrants for this event and see the Name, Group Name, Registered on and Paid information for each registrant

  5. You do have the option to Edit the registrant information or Remove a registrant (if necessary) this information will be contained in the Registrant Module information
