General Options

General Options


GENERAL TAB

SELECT PAYMENT METHODS

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the General tab

  5. Click the Payment Methods button beside the Payment Details option

  6. Check the box beside any of the payment methods you would like to select

  7. Click Save

EDIT YOUR PAYPAL DETAILS

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the General tab

  5. Click the PayPal Account button beside the Payment Details option

  6. Add your PayPal ID or email address in the field provided

  7. Click Save

ADD/EDIT A PDF HEATER & FOOTER

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the General tab

  5. Click the PDF header & footer button beside the PDF Receipt Header & Footer option

  6. Enter the information into the fields provided

  7. Click Save

EDIT YOUR PRODUCT REVIEW OPTIONS

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the General tab

  5. Click the Product Review Options button beside the Product Review Options option

  6. Choose your options regarding reviews

  7. Choose if customers are allowed to provide product reviews

  8. Choose if you will monitor the reviews before they are posted on the website

  9. Click Save

SHIPPING TAB

SHIPPING SYSTEM

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the Shipping tab

  5. Click on the Shipping Methods button beside the Shipping System option

  6. Check the box beside whichever methods you would like to use for shipping

  7. Click Save

ADD/EDIT/DELETE SHIPPING BANDS

ADD A NEW SHIPPING BAND

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the Shipping tab

  5. Click on the Shipping Bands button beside the Shipping System option

  6. Click the Add a shipping band link under Releated Actions on the left side of the screen

  7. Fill in the fields provided

  8. Click Save

EDIT A SHIPPING BAND

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the Shipping tab

  5. Click on the Shipping Bands button beside the Shipping System option Click the Edit this shipping band icon (the pencil) beside the existing shipping band you want to change

  6. Make your changes in the fields provided

  7. Click Save

DELETE A SHIPPING BAND

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the Shipping tab

  5. Click on the Shipping Bands button beside the Shipping System option

  6. Click the Remove this shipping band icon (the x) beside the existing shipping band you want to delete

  7. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the shipping band

  8. If you are sure, click OK, and the shipping band will be deleted

  9. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click Cancel, and you will return to the Shipping Bands page

ADD/EDIT YOUR SHIP FROM ADDRESS

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the Shipping tab

  5. Click on the Ship from Address button beside Shipping System

  6. Fill in the fields provided

  7. Click Save

ADD/EDIT PROCESSING TIME AND HANDLING FEES

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the Shipping tab

  5. Click on the Settings button beside Processing Time & Handling Fee

  6. Add a handling fee if necessary, in the first field

  7. Add the number of days it takes you to process an order in the second field

  8. Set a default shipping price (if needed) for Out-of-Band shipments in the last field

  9. Click Save

ADD/EDIT PICKUP DETAILS

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the Shipping tab

  5. Click on the Settings button beside Pickup Details

  6. Set a pickup price in the first field (if needed)

  7. Add any notes you may want in the second field

  8. Click Save

ADD/EDIT/DELETE SHIPPING, TAX ZONES, AND CITIES

EDIT A TAX ZONE FOR A PROVINCE OR STATE

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the Shipping tab

  5. Click on the Settings button beside Shipping/Tax Zone & City Manager

  6. Click on the Edit the tax zone for this province or state icon (the pencil) beside a province or state

  7. Select the Tax Zone using the drop down provided

  8. Click Save

MANAGE THE CITIES IN A PROVINCE OR STATE

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the Shipping tab

  5. Click on the Settings button beside Shipping/Tax Zone & City Manager

  6. Click on the Manage the cities in this province or state icon (3 dots and 3 lines) beside the province or state you want to manage

  7. Click the Add a new city link under Related Actions on the left side of the screen

  8. Fill in the City and select a Shipping Band from the drop down

  9. Click Save

EDIT AN EXISTING CITY

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the Shipping tab

  5. Click on the Settings button beside Shipping/Tax Zone & City Manager

  6. Click on the Manage the cities in this province or state icon (3 dots and 3 lines) beside the province or state with the city you want to edit

  7. Click on the Edit this city icon (the pencil) beside the city you want to edit

  8. Make your changes

  9. Click Save

DELETE AN EXISTING CITY

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the Shipping tab

  5. Click on the Settings button beside Shipping/Tax Zone & City Manager

  6. Click on the Manage the cities in this province or state icon (3 dots and 3 lines) beside the province or state with the city you want to delete

  7. Click the Remove this city icon (the x) beside the city you want to delete

  8. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the city

  9. If you are sure, click OK, and the city will be deleted

  10. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click Cancel, and you will return to the Cities page

BULK ASSIGN SHIPPING BANDS

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the Shipping tab

  5. Click on the Settings button beside Shipping/Tax Zone & City Manager

  6. Click on the Manage the cities in this province or state icon (3 dots and 3 lines) beside the province or state with the city you want to edit

  7. Click the Bulk assign shipping bands link under Related Actions on the left side of the screen

  8. Select the Shipping Band from the drop down and select the Bulk Assignment Setting option

  9. Click Save

ADD/EDIT INTEGRATED SHIPPING DETAILS

ADD/EDIT PUROLATOR

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the Shipping tab

  5. Click on the Purolator button beside Integrated Shipping Details

  6. Fill in the fields provided

  7. Click Save

ADD/EDIT canada post

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the Shipping tab

  5. Click on the Canada Post button beside Integrated Shipping Details

  6. Fill in the field provided

  7. Click Save

TAXES TAB - ADD/EDIT/DELETE TAX ZONES

A NEW TAX ZONE

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the Taxes tab

  5. Click on the Tax Zones button beside Tax Zones

  6. Click the Add a tax zone link under Related Actions on the left side of the screen

  7. Fill in the fields provided

  8. Click Save

EDIT A TAX ZONE

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the Taxes tab

  5. Click on the Tax Zones button beside Tax Zones

  6. Click the Edit this tax zone icon (the pencil) beside the tax zone you want to edit

  7. Make your changes in the fields provided

  8. Click Save

DELETE A TAX ZONE

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the General Options module

  4. Click on the Taxes tab

  5. Click on the Tax Zones button beside Tax Zones

  6. Click the Remove this tax zone icon (the x) beside the tax zone you want to delete

  7. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the tax zone

  8. If you are sure, click OK, and the tax zone will be deleted

  9. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click Cancel, and you will return to the Tax Zones page
