1. Hold down Ctrl key and click the Reload button.
2. Or Hold down Ctrl key and press F5 at the same time

### Edge


1. Hold the Ctrl key and click the Refresh button.
2. Or Hold down Ctrl key and press F5 at the same time

### Firefox


1. Hold down Ctrl, “⇧ Shift” and the 'R' key.
2. Or Hold down Ctrl key and press F5 at the same time

## MacOS

1. Hold down ⌘ Command and “⌥ Option” key and then press R. Alternatively you may hold shift and click the Reload Button on the url bar.
2. Or first clear the cache by holding down Option, ⌘ Command + E, then perform a normal refresh by clicking the Reload Button or holding ⌘ Command + R.
