ADD A NEW KEYWORD GROUP

1. Log into WebWiz@rd

2. Click on the Standard Modules tab

3. Click on the Locations Module

4. On the left-hand side of the page under Related Actions click on Manage keywords

5. On the left side of the page under Related Actions click on Add a keyword group

6. Fill in a Name and Description for your keyword group

7. Click Save

ADD A KEYWORD

1. Log into WebWiz@rd

2. Click on the Standard Modules tab

3. Click on the Locations Module

4. On the left-hand side of the page under Related Actions click on Manage keywords

5. Find the Keyword Group you would like to add the keyword(s) too, click on the Manage the keywords for this group icon (Price tag)

6. On the left side of the page under Related Actions click on Add a new keyword

7. Fill in the Keyword field

8. Click Save

EDIT A KEYWORD

1. Log into WebWiz@rd

2. Click on the Standard Modules tab

3. Click on the Locations Module

4. On the left-hand side of the page under Related Actions click on Manage keywords

5. Find the Keyword Group you would like to edit the keyword(s) in, click on the Manage the keywords for this group icon (Price tag)

6. Click the Edit this keyword icon (the pencil) beside the Keyword you want to edit

7. Make your changes in the field provided

8. Click Save

DELETE A KEYWORD

1. Log into WebWiz@rd

2. Click on the Standard Modules tab

3. Click on the Locations Module

4. On the left-hand side of the page under Related Actions click on Manage keywords

5. Find the Keyword Group you would like to delete the keyword(s) in, click on the Manage the keywords for this group icon (Price tag)

6. Click the Remove this keyword icon (the x) beside the Keyword you want to delete

7. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the keyword

8. If you are sure, click OK, and the keyword will be deleted

9. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click Cancel, and you will return to the Keyword Groups page
