GET STARTED

ADD A NEW KEYWORD GROUP

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Keywords module

  4. You are now on the Keywords Group page

  5. Select the folder on the left-hand side for which you would like to create a Keyword Group

  6. If you want to create a Keyword Group that is used for every folder you can create it under the main folder at the top of the left-hand side usually called eCommerce Product Root

  7. On the left side of the page under Related Actions click on Add a Keyword Group

  8. Fill in a name and description for your keyword group

  9. Check Yes or No to use this group as a Front-End Filter

  10. Select Yes to have the group show up as a checkbox (or drop-down) for main searches

  11. Select the type as either Checkboxes or Drop-down box

  12. Click Save

ADD/EDIT/DELETE A KEYWORD TO A KEYWORD GROUP

ADD A KEYWORD

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Keywords module

  4. Find the Keyword Group you would like to add the keyword(s) too, click on the Manage the keywords for this group icon (3 dots with 3 lines)

  5. On the left side of the page under Related Actions click on Add a new keyword

  6. Fill in the Keyword field

  7. Click Save

EDIT A KEYWORD

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Keywords module

  4. Find the Keyword Group you would like to edit the keyword(s) in, click on the Manage the keywords for this group icon (3 dots with 3 lines)

  5. Click the Edit this keyword icon (the pencil) beside the Keyword you want to edit

  6. Make your changes in the field provided

  7. Click Save

DELETE A KEYWORD

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Keywords module

  4. Find the Keyword Group you would like to delete the keyword(s) in, click on the Manage the keywords for this group icon (3 dots with 3 lines)

  5. Click the Remove this keyword icon (the x) beside the Keyword you want to delete

  6. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the keyword

  7. If you are sure, click OK, and the keyword will be deleted

  8. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click Cancel, and you will return to the keywords page
