Locations

ADD A LOCATION

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Standard Modules tab

  3. Click on the Locations Module

  4. On the left-hand side of the page under Related Actions click on Add a location

  5. Under the Basic Details tab, fill in all the information

  6. Move to the Keywords tab

  7. Under the Keywords tab, check off any of the Keywords That Apply To this Location

  8. Move to the Map tab

  9. Click on the REPOSITION MARKER FROM INFORMATION BELOW button and the marker will be positioned on the map (this must be done regardless of the position of the marker)

  10. If this is a Rural address you may need to manually reposition the marker by clicking on the MANUALLY REPOSITION MARKER button and then manually click on the map where the marker should go, and it will reposition the marker to that location on the map

  11. When completed click the SAVE button

EDIT CONTENT ON A PAGE

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Standard Modules tab

  3. Click on the Locations Module

  4. Click on the Edit this location icon (the pencil) beside the location you want to edit

  5. Under the Basics tab, edit information if necessary

  6. Move to the Keywords tab and edit information if necessary

  7. Move to the Map tab

  8. Click on the REPOSITION MARKER FROM INFORMATION BELOW button and the marker will be positioned on the map (this must be done regardless of the position of the marker)

  9. If this is a Rural address you may need to manually reposition the marker by clicking on the MANUALLY REPOSITION MARKER button and then manually click on the map where the marker should go, and it will reposition the marker to that location on the map

  10. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page

DELETE LOCATION

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Standard Modules tab

  3. Click on the Locations Module

  4. Click on the Remove this location icon (the x) beside the location you want to delete

  5. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the location

  6. If you are sure, click OK, and the event will be deleted

  7. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click Cancel, and you will return to the Locations page


REMOVE A REGISTRANT

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Standard Modules tab

  3. Click on the Locations Module

  4. On the left-hand side of the page under Related Actions click on Manage location types

  5. Click on the Remove this type icon (the x) beside the location type you want to delete

  6. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the location type

  7. If you are sure, click OK, and the location type will be deleted

  8. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click Cancel, and you will return to the Location Types page
