Manage Contractor groups


Get Started – ADD/EDIT/DELETE contractor groups

ADD A contractor group

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Digital Plans Room Modules tab

  3. Click on the Manage Contractor Groups module

  4. On the left-hand side of the page under Related Actions click on Add a contractor group

  5. Fill in the Name and Description (if necessary)

  6. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen

EDIT A contractor group

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Digital Plans Room Modules tab

  3. Click on the Manage Contractor Groups module

  4. Click on the Pencil icon (Edit this group) beside the group that you want to edit

  5. Edit the Name and Description (if necessary)

  6. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen

DELETE A contractor group

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Digital Plans Room Modules tab

  3. Click on the Manage Contractor Groups module

  4. Click on the Delete icon (the x) beside the contractor group you want to delete

  5. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the contractor group

  6. If you are sure, click OK, and the contractor group will be deleted

  7. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click Cancel, and you will return to the Manage Contractor Groups page
