Manage Contractors


Get Started – ADD/EDIT/DELETE contractors

ADD A contractor

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Digital Plans Room Modules tab

  3. Click on the Manage Contractors module

  4. On the left-hand side of the page under Related Actions click on Add a contractor

  5. In the Contractor Information tab select the Contractor Group from the dropdown menu

  6. Fill in the rest of the fields and select the Rank from the dropdown

  7. Then click on the Company Information tab

  8. Fill in the fields with the company information

  9. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen

EDIT A contractor group

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Digital Plans Room Modules tab

  3. Click on the Manage Contractors module

  4. Click on the Pencil icon (Edit this contractor) beside the contractor that you want to edit

  5. Edit the Contractor Information and Company Information tab (if necessary)

  6. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen

DELETE A contractor group

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Digital Plans Room Modules tab

  3. Click on the Manage Contractors module

  4. Click on the Delete icon (the x) beside the contractor you want to delete

  5. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the contractor

  6. If you are sure, click OK, and the contractor will be deleted

  7. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click Cancel, and you will return to the Manage Contractors page
