# Get Started – ADD/EDIT/DELETE contractors

# ADD A contractor


1. Log into **WebWiz@rd**
2. Click on the **Digital Plans Room Modules** tab
3. Click on the **Manage Contractors** module
4. On the left-hand side of the page under **Related Actions** click on **Add a contractor**
5. In the **Contractor Information** tab select the **Contractor Group** from the dropdown menu
6. Fill in the rest of the fields and select the **Rank** from the dropdown
7. Then click on the **Company Information** tab
8. Fill in the fields with the company information
9. Click on the **Save** button at the bottom of the screen

# EDIT A contractor group


1. Log into **WebWiz@rd**
2. Click on the **Digital Plans Room Modules** tab
3. Click on the **Manage Contractors** module
4. Click on the **Pencil** icon (Edit this contractor) beside the contractor that you want to edit
5. Edit the **Contractor Information** and **Company Information** tab (if necessary)
6. Click on the **Save** button at the bottom of the screen

# DELETE A contractor group


1. Log into **WebWiz@rd**
2. Click on the **Digital Plans Room Modules** tab
3. Click on the **Manage Contractors** module
4. Click on the **Delete** icon (the x) beside the contractor you want to delete
5. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the contractor
6. If you are sure, click **OK**, and the contractor will be deleted
7. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click **Cancel**, and you will return to the **Manage Contractors** page
