Manage Projects


Get Started – ADD/EDIT/DELETE projects - Manage project files/contractors - email contractors

ADD A Project

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Digital Plans Room Modules tab

  3. Click on the Manage Projects module

  4. On the left-hand side of the page under Related Actions click on Add a project

  5. Fill in the fields with the appropriate information

  6. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen

EDIT A project

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Digital Plans Room Modules tab

  3. Click on the Manage Projects module

  4. Click on the Pencil icon (Edit this project) beside the project that you want to edit

  5. Edit the appropriate fields

  6. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen

DELETE A project

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Digital Plans Room Modules tab

  3. Click on the Manage Projects module

  4. Click on the Delete icon (the x) beside the project you want to delete

  5. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the project

  6. If you are sure, click OK, and the project will be deleted

  7. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click Cancel, and you will return to the Manage Projects page

manage Project files

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Digital Plans Room Modules tab

  3. Click on the Manage Projects module

  4. On the left-hand side of the page under Related Actions click on Manage folders

  5. Fill in the fields with the appropriate information

  6. Click on the CREATE FOLDER button at the bottom of the screen

  7. To Delete a Folder, click Enable delete tools under Related Actions on the left-hand side

  8. Select the folder you want to delete by clicking the Radio Button beside the folder

  9. Click on the DELETE SELECTED FOLDER button

  10. Under Related Actions on the left-hand side click Return to file list

  11. Under Related Actions on the left-hand side click Upload files

  12. Make the appropriate choices on the page

  13. Click on CHOOSE DOCUMENTS TO UPLOAD

  14. Select the appropriate document to upload from your computer

  15. Click UPLOAD DOCUMENTS TO THE FILE MANAGER

  16. A new window will pop up asking Are you sure that you want to upload these files? Click on the appropriate button OK to complete the transfer or CANCEL to abort the transfer.

  17. Click the OK button to close the dialog.

  18. You will now see the file has been uploaded and you will see the icons on the right-hand side to Show this file, Move this file, Rename this file, or Delete this file.

manage Project contractors

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Digital Plans Room Modules tab

  3. Click on the Manage Projects module

  4. Click on Manage project contractors icon (two people)

  5. Under Related Actions on the left-hand side click Assign a contractor

  6. Click in the box beside the contractors you want to assign to the project

  7. Click the SAVE button at the bottom of the page.

EDIT this contractor

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Digital Plans Room Modules tab

  3. Click on the Manage Projects module

  4. Click on Manage project contractors icon (two people)

  5. Click on the Pencil icon (Edit this contractor) beside the contractor that you want to edit

  6. Edit the appropriate fields in the Contractor Information or Company Information tabs

  7. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen

DELETE this contractor

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Digital Plans Room Modules tab

  3. Click on the Manage Projects module

  4. Click on Manage project contractors icon (two people)

  5. Click on the Delete icon (the x) beside the contractor you want to delete

  6. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the contractor – The Contractor will also be removed from any Contractor Groups and Projects he or she belonged to

  7. If you are sure, click OK, and the contractor will be deleted

  8. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click Cancel, and you will return to the Contractor Information page

email project contractors

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Digital Plans Room Modules tab

  3. Click on the Manage Projects module

  4. Click on Email project contractors icon (the envelope)

  5. This will then open the Email Blaster Information page

  6. You can add recipients, subject and email content for the email blast

  7. You can click the ADD RECIPIENTS button to open the Contractor Groups window where you can select the recipients for the email blast by checking the individual contractors or by clicking the box beside Rank at the top of the page to select all recipients showing.

  8. Click the CANCEL button to close the window or click the ADD THE SELECTED CONTRACTORS button to add the recipients to the email blast

  9. Click DISTRIBUTE EMAIL BLAST once you have added the recipients, subject and email content

  10. A confirmation screen will appear asking you Are you sure you’re ready to send this Email Blast?

  11. Click on the OK button to continue or CANCEL to return

  12. If you clicked OK a confirmation window will appear telling you the email blast has gone out.
