Orders


GET STARTED

VIEW ORDERS BASED ON THEIR STATUS

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Orders module

  4. At the top of the screen you will be able to select between All Orders, Pending Payment, Paid, Acknowledged, In Progress, Shipped, Complete, and Cancelled tabs

VIEW THE USER’S INFORMATION

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Orders module

  4. Click on the user’s name under the Customer column

  5. This will bring you to the individual User’s details (See Users section above for more details on user accounts)

VIEW/EDIT/DELETE AN ORDER

VIEW and edit AN ORDER

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Orders module

  4. In any tab click on the View this order icon (the eye) beside any user to view their order

  5. This will take you to the View Order screen, on this screen, you will see a short overview of the Order placed

  6. Click the Edit icon (the pencil) beside Bill To to edit the user’s Billing Address

  7. Click the Edit icon (the pencil) beside Ship To to edit the user’s Shipping Address

  8. Click the Edit icon (the pencil) beside Special Instructions to add a Purchase Order #, or to add any special instructions (ex. Delivery instruction: Go to side door for delivery)

  9. Click the Edit icon (the pencil) beside Promo Code / Discount Details to change the code used

  10. Click the Edit icon (the pencil) beside Shipping Details to change any of the shipping information (shipping cost, type, estimated arrival, etc.)

  11. Click on the Edit icon (the pencil) beside any of the products to change the product name and cost

  12. Click on the Edit icon (the pencil) beside the shipping cost to change the Shipping information

  13. At the bottom of the screen you can select the Order Status using the dropdown menu

  14. Click on the Update Status button when complete

  15. You can generate a PDF of the receipt by clicking on Generate PDF Receipt under Related Actions on the left side of the screen

  16. This will save a copy of the PDF receipt to your computer

  17. To email the order details to the customer click on the Email Order Details to Customer link under Related Actions on the left side of the screen

DELETE AN ORDER

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Orders module

  4. Beside the order, you want to delete, click on the Remove this order icon (the x)

  5. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the order

  6. If you are sure, click OK, and the order will be deleted

  7. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click Cancel, and you will return to the orders page
