Outlook Rules
If you have received an email in Outlook that you would like to direct to your trash right away, or organize your incoming folders directly into specific folders, you can create rules for that!
When you have the email in question selected, you can select the RULES from the HOME tab at the top of Outlook
Select Rules and pick “create rule” from the little drop down.

Here you can select what rule you want to create, whether that is any email coming from a specific email address, or if it contains a certain Subject Line etc

You can then select where you want the email to go: any of your own folders, your deleted folder etc

If you want to remove any of the rules you created, go to your Rule area again, and select “manage rules & Alerts” and delete from there.
