# GET STARTED - ADD/EDIT/DELETE PRODUCTS

# ADD A PRODUCT


 1. Log into **WebWiz@rd**
 2. Click on the **eCommerce Modules** tab
 3. Click on the **Products** module
 4. Click on **Add a New Product** on the left side of the page under **Related Actions**
 5. Click the **Basic Details** tab
 6. Fill in the fields provided
 7. Click the **Categories, Keywords and Attributes** tab
 8. Check the appropriate **Categories** associated with the product
 9. Click the **Description Fields** tab within the **Categories, Keywords and Attributes** tab
10. Check the appropriate **Description Fields** associated with the product (if necessary)
11. Click the **Input Fields** tab within the **Categories, Keywords and Attributes** tab
12. Check the appropriate **Input Fields** associated with the product (if necessary)
13. Click the **Front End Filters (Keywords)** tab within the **Categories, Keywords and Attributes** tab
14. Check the appropriate **Front End Filters (Keywords)** associated with the product (if necessary)
15. Click the **Media** tab
16. Click the **Images** tab within the **Media** tab
17. Click the **Add Image** button (If you wish to add images to the product)
18. A pop up will appear to the **File Manager**, **Images** folders, for you to choose the image you want to add to the product
19. Find the folder where the image resides
20. Click on the image you want to add (you will see the thumb in the top right corner turn blue)
21. Click the **Close Window** button
22. Click the **Downloads** tab within the **Media** tab
23. Click the **Add Download** button (If you wish to add a download to the product)
24. A pop up will appear to the **File Manager**, where you can choose the download from the **Images, Documents and Pages** tabs, for you to choose the download you want to add to the product
25. Choose the appropriate tab where the download is located
26. Click **Select** beside the download
27. Click the **Video** tab within the **Media** tab
28. Click the **Add Embedded Video** button (If you wish to add a video to the product)
29. Embed the code for the video from YouTube (we have a detailed document on how to embed video)
30. Click the **External Links** tab within the **Media** tab
31. Click the **Add Link** button (If you wish to add a link to the product)
32. Add the **Link Text** and **Link URL**
33. Click the **SKUs / Sizes** tab
34. Click the **Add New Size** button (If you wish to add a SKU or Size to your product)
35. Fill in the fields provided
36. Click the **Related Products** tab
37. Check the **Related Products** associated with the product (If you wish to add related products to the product)
38. Click **Save**

# EDIT A PRODUCT


1. Log into **WebWiz@rd**
2. Click on the **eCommerce Modules** tab
3. Click on the **Products** module
4. Click on the folder where the product you want to edit is located
5. Click on the **Edit this product** icon (the pencil)
6. Edit the information in the appropriate tab(s)
7. Click **Save**

# DELETE A PRODUCT


1. Log into **WebWiz@rd**
2. Click on the **eCommerce Modules** tab
3. Click on the **Products** module
4. Click on the folder where the product you want to edit is located
5. Click on the **Remove this product** icon (the x)
6. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the product
7. If you are sure, click **OK**, and the product will be deleted
8. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click **Cancel**, and you will return to the Products page

**MANAGE REVIEWS FOR A PRODUCT**

# EDIT/APPROVE A REVIEW


1. Log into **WebWiz@rd**
2. Click on the **eCommerce Modules** tab
3. Click on the **Products** module
4. Click on the folder where the product you want to edit is located
5. Click on the **Manage reviews of this product** icon (the speech bubbles)
6. A review will appear in the **Unapproved** tab
7. Click on the **Edit this review** icon (the pencil)
8. Read the review and if you approve it choose **Yes** (the review will now move to the **Approved** tab and it will be visible in the product reviews on the site), if you do not approve it choose **No** (the review will remain in the **Unapproved** tab and will not be visible in the product reviews on the site)
9. Click **Save**

# DELETE A REVIEW


 1. Log into **WebWiz@rd**
 2. Click on the **eCommerce Modules** tab
 3. Click on the **Products** module
 4. Click on the folder where the product you want to edit is located
 5. Click on the **Manage reviews of this product** icon (the speech bubbles)
 6. A review will appear in the **Unapproved** tab
 7. Click on the **Remove this review** icon (the x)
 8. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the review
 9. If you are sure, click **OK**, and the review will be deleted
10. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click **Cancel**, and you will return to the Reviews page
