Promotion Codes


GET STARTED - ADD/EDIT/DELETE A PROMOTION CODE

ADD A PROMOTION CODE

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Promotion Codes module

  4. Click on the Add a promotion code link on the left side under Related Actions

  5. Select the type of promo code from the drop down

  6. Entire Order – Percentage Off Total Order will take a percentage off the final order

  7. Entire Order – Dollar Off Total Order will take a dollar amount off the final order

  8. Individual Product(s) – Dollar Off Item will take a dollar amount off of one (or more) products

  9. Individual Product(s) – Percentage Off Item will take a percentage amount off of one (or more) products

  10. Shipping Promotion – Refund Shipping Price allows you to discount the cost of shipping

  11. Once you have selected the type of promotion code, fill in the Code and Discount Amount fields

  12. Clicking on the Advanced tab will allow you to set an Activation Date and an Expiration Date for the promotion code

  13. The Activation Date will be the date that you want the code to be active

  14. The Expiration Date will be the date that the code will no longer work

  15. Click Save

EDIT A PROMOTION CODE

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Promotion Codes module

  4. Select the tab Active, Inactive, Expired where the Promotion Code you want to edit is located

  5. Click the Edit this promotion code icon (the pencil) beside the Promotion Code you want to edit

  6. Make your changes

  7. Click Save

DELETE A PROMOTION CODE

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Promotion Codes module

  4. Select the tab Active, Inactive, Expired where the Promotion Code you want to delete

  5. Click on Remove this promotion code icon (the x)

  6. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the promotion code

  7. If you are sure, click OK, and the promotion code will be deleted

  8. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click Cancel, and you will return to the Promotion Codes page

ADD/EDIT/DELETE THE CRITERIA OF A PROMOTION CODE

ADD THE CRITERIA OF A PROMOTION CODE

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Promotion Codes module

  4. Select the tab Active, Inactive, Expired where the Promotion Code you want to manage is located

  5. Click the Manage the criteria for this promotion code icon (3 dots with 3 lines) beside the Promotion Code you want to manage

  6. Click on the Add new criteria link on the left side under Related Actions

  7. Select the type from the drop-down menu

  8. Individual Item Dollar Value – allows you to specify the minimum cost of ONE item that must be added to the cart before the promotion code will apply

  9. Number of Items in Cart – allows you to specify the required number of items that must be in a user’ cart before they can use the promotion code

  10. Specific Item Found in Cart – allows you to select a specific item that must be found in the cart for a promotion code to work

  11. Total Dollar Value of Cart – allows you specify the total value of the shopping cart before the promotion code will apply

  12. Click the Next button

  13. Add the value for the specific type of promotion code

  14. Click the Next button

EDIT THE CRITERIA OF A PROMOTION CODE

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Promotion Codes module

  4. Select the tab Active, Inactive, Expired where the Promotion Code you want to edit

  5. Click the Manage the criteria for this promotion code icon (3 dots with 3 lines) beside the Promotion Code you want to edit

  6. Click on Edit this criteria icon (the pencil)

  7. Edit the value of the specific criterion

  8. Click the Next button

  9. Promotion Code Updated pop up will appear and you can click OK

DELETE THE CRITERIA OF A PROMOTION CODE

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Promotion Codes module

  4. Select the tab Active, Inactive, Expired where the Promotion Code you want to delete

  5. Click the Manage the criteria for this promotion code icon (3 dots with 3 lines) beside the Promotion Code you want to delete

  6. Click on Remove this criteria icon (the x)

  7. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the criteria

  8. If you are sure, click OK, and the criteria will be deleted

  9. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click Cancel, and you will return to the Criteria page
