Saving attachments from outlook to reduce storage
Start, find your email with the attachment you want to download.

Click on the drop down for the attachment, and select “Save All Attachments”

Follow your normal steps for downloading the attachments.

Save them to wherever you would like on your computer.

Once the files are safely saved onto your computer, go back to your email with the original attachments you have already saved. Open the drop down again, and select “Remove Attachment”.

When this Outlook Popup comes up, select “Remove Attachment”

On the next pop up, select “YES” for

Once done, you will see your email no longer has the attachments/the small attachment icon (paperclip), and the email can be moved into your inboxes for storage without having the attachments taking up unnecessary space.
