Secured File Transfer Area


Get Started - ADD/MANAGE UPLOADED FILES/MANAGE ASSIGNED USERS/EDIT/DELETE SECURED FILES

ADD A SECURED FILE TRANSFER AREA

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Secured Content Modules tab

  3. Click on the Secured File Transfer Area module

  4. On the left-hand side of the page under Related Actions click on Add a secured file transfer area

  5. Fill in the Name, Description and Activate the file transfer area and allow access option

  6. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen

MANAGE UPLOADED FILES

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Secured Content Modules tab

  3. Click on the Secured File Transfer Area module

  4. Click on the Manage uploaded files icon (the file folder) beside the file you want manage

  5. On the left-hand side of the page under Related Actions click on Upload files

  6. Choose the folder you want to upload the files

  7. Click the Select Documents button

  8. You can choose the documents from your desktop

  9. Click the Upload Documents button

  10. You will now see a .zip file

  11. You can now Preview, Move, Rename or Delete the uploaded document

MANAGE ASSIGNED USERS

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Secured Content Modules tab

  3. Click on the Secured File Transfer Area module

  4. Click on the Mange Assigned Users icon (the two people) beside the file area you want to manage

  5. Click the Groups tab

  6. Select the File Permissions and Folder Permissions for the groups

  7. Click the Users tab

  8. Select the File Permissions and Folder Permissions for the users

  9. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page

EDIT A FILE

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Secured Content Modules tab

  3. Click on the Secured File Transfer Area module

  4. Click on the Edit this secured file transfer area icon (the pencil) beside the file transfer area you want to edit

  5. Make changes to the Name, Description and Activate the file transfer area and allow access option (if necessary)

  6. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page

DELETE A FILE

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the Secured Content Modules tab

  3. Click on the Secured File Transfer Area module

  4. Click on the Delete icon (the x) beside the file transfer area you want to delete

  5. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the file transfer area

  6. If you are sure, click OK, and the file transfer area will be deleted

  7. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click Cancel, and you will return to the Secured File Transfer Areas page
