Starting from Scratch
If you do not have a Google Business Account, you will need to start from the beginning in order to create your Google Maps API.
Below are the instructions for each step that you will need to complete in order.

Step 4 - Enable Google Account Billing
(Google gives access to 10 000 map requests per month for free. This is a very large number of requests, and it is unlikely that limit would be hit over the course of a single month. However, Google needs the ability to invoice you for any requests beyond 10 000, in the event that this occurs, you need to have Billing Enabled.)
