GET STARTED

SWITCH BETWEEN ACCOUNTS (NOT IN EVERY VERSION OF ECOMMERCE)

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Users module

  4. At the top right of the screen you can choose either Full Accounts or Guest Accounts tab

ADD/EDIT/DELETE A USER

ADD A USER

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Users module

  4. On the left side of the page under Related Actions click on Add a new user

  5. You can fill in the user’s information under the Basic Details tab (name, username, password, etc.) and select whether it is a Full Account or a Guest Account

  6. Under the Shipping Details tab, you can add the user’s shipping address and select whether or not it is the same as their billing details

  7. Under the Billing Details tab, you add edit the user’s billing address

  8. Click Save when you have finished filling in the information

EDIT A USER

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Users module

  4. Beside any user’s name click on the Edit this user icon (the pencil)

  5. In here you can change the user’s basic details, shipping info and billing info

  6. Click Save when you have finished editing the information

DELETE A USER

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Users module

  4. Beside any user’s name, click on the Remove this user icon (the x)

  5. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the user

  6. If you are sure, click OK, and the user will be deleted

  7. If you clicked it by mistake, or changed your mind, click Cancel, and you will return to the Users page

VIEW A USER’S ORDERS

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Users module

  4. Beside any user’s name, click on the Manage the orders for this user icon (the shopping cart)

  5. This will bring you to the Orders Module inside the user’s order where you can view the user’s current orders

SEND LOGIN DETAILS TO THE USER

  1. Log into WebWiz@rd

  2. Click on the eCommerce Modules tab

  3. Click on the Users module

  4. Beside any user’s name, click on the Send login details to the user icon (the envelope)

  5. This will allow you to manually send the user login details if they forget their password for their eCommerce account
